Unfortunately we do not ship framed prints or canvas prints due to the nature of the product. If purchasing framed prints or canvas prints, collection must be arranged with us once the product is ready. To arrange collection please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
If it is not possible to arrange collection for framed prints, please get in contact and we may be able to arrange delivery using the parcelforce global express service for an additional fee to be agreed.
When will my product be dispatched?
As the majority of the products for sale on this store are made to order so please allow time for production. Prints and mounted prints are generally ready for dispatch within 5 working days, however, this is not always the case. Framed prints and canvas prints may take up to 2/3 weeks to dispatch as we rely on external professional printing and framing companies to assist in producing the product To obtain an estimated date of dispatch please contact us directly at email@example.com to avoid disappointment.

We post to the UK, and further afield, including the EU, USA and Australia.

How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping is weight based as there are a range of product sizes and finishes. You can see the estimated cost of shipping your order on the shopping cart page.
You will also be notified of the delivery costs on the shipping page before you submit your credit card details. Delivery outside the EU may be subject to local import taxes, these are your responsibility. If these do apply the courier should contact you directly.
We currently offer '2nd Class Standard' or '1st Class Signed For' Royal Mail postage options for local (UK) based deliveries. Please note that collection must be arranged for framed prints and canvas prints. Some packages may be sent via parcelforce express48 service but there will be no additional cost for this.
We send international orders via the Royal Mail International Standard service or by the Parcelforce globalexpress which can take some time. If you require the item(s) sooner please contact us and we will select a different shipping method more suitable to your time-frame. You should be aware that this may incur additional costs.
